Essentially, VISEC started off as an elastomer manufacturer and this is still the core focus. Over time customers for VISEC elastomers began asking about precision dispensing systems related to dosing and dispensing the elastomers which gave VISEC the idea to create the primary components for Progressive Cavity (PC) pumps; Rotors and Stators.
PC pumps are extremely gentle and precise and they’re used in a wide range of precision dispensing applications including pharma, cosmetics and original equipment manufacturing.

Made-to-measure elastomer compounds by SEC
SEC in Kirchheim/Teck has been in the market for rubber compounds for more than 30 years. SEC creates elastomer compounds based on all common polymers in collaboration with PMG Group, one of the largest FKM compounders globally, from Cenate Sotto near Bergamo. Their carefully tailored fluoro rubber compounds, which are utilized in the stators for dosing technology, are a necessary requirement for process reliability and process accuracy in continuous operation.
